Refund & Cancellation
You can at any time terminate your contractual relationship with MySolidResume and ask to cancel by notifying our customer services team by mail on [email protected] with “cancellation” Subject line. You will not be entitled to any refund for any amounts paid for services, however the reason for cancellation should be specified and services which you asked should not be started by us. If you breach your undertakings as set out in these T&Cs or if we have genuine reason to believe that the security and integrity of MySolidResume, its Members, or third parties are at risk, we reserve the right to immediately terminate these T&Cs binding you and MySolidResume and close your Account. When this is necessary, you will be notified of such measures to enable you to respond. MySolidResume will decide, at its sole discretion, whether to lift the measures put in place.
Refund policy and right of withdrawal
No refund request of a Subscription is permitted if received after the expiration of a period of five (5) days from the first services delivered for the Services. All refund requests before the expiration period of five (5) days can be made by phone or email through our customer support department. The Customer Support department will answer you within the next 2 working days, and the refunds will be processed within the next 3 working days.
